Product Details

Fmoc-Thr(tBu)-OL (CAS 189337-28-8), also known as Nα-Fmoc-O-tBu-threoninol or Fmoc-L-threonine tBu ether-ol (C-terminal alcohol), is a modified threonine derivative in which the carboxyl group has been changed to a primary alcohol (threoninol). It is part of the Fmoc-threoninol tBu class. This unique building block has the C-terminal threoninol (Thr-ol) residue that is part of the structure of Octreotide  and other somatostatin analogues (Lanreotide).

ApiSyn offers Fmoc-Thr(tBu)-OL (CAS 189337-28-8) as a pharmaceutical-grade specialty building block for making Octreotide and somatostatin analogue C-terminal threoninol.
