Fmoc-L-Lys[C20-OtBu-Glu(OtBu)-AEEA]-OH 2612237-97-3 is a complex Fmoc-protected lysine derivative with the C20 fatty diacid (eicosanedioic acid, OtBu-protected) — glutamic acid (OtBu-protected) — mono-AEEA linker side chain. It belongs to the C20 fatty diacid-Glu-AEEA mono Fmoc-Lys side chain building block class. This compound has the same structure as its bis-AEEA counterpart (CAS 2915356-76-0), but it has only one AEEA (8-amino-3,6-dioxaoctanoic acid, mini-PEG) spacer unit instead of two.
